摘　　要：在我国日益壮大的物流市场下,铁路物流企业所处的市场环境日益复杂,物流企业纷纷组建战略联盟以共同应对竞争激烈的市场环境。通过阐述铁路物流企业战略联盟现状,分析以资源供应商、产品生产商、产品经销商、产品消费者、物流服务商和物流金融企业等为主体的铁路物流企业联盟,剖析合资式战略联盟、相互持股式战略联盟和契约式战略联盟等联盟模式,提出提供物流金融服务、实现信息实时共享和构建稳定发展机制等铁路物流企业联盟发展对策,促进铁路物流企业高效运作,提高铁路物流企业联盟效益水平。With the growing logistics market in China,the market environment of railway logistics enterprises is becoming increasingly complex,and logistics enterprises have set up strategic alliances to jointly cope with the fierce competition in the market environment.By expounding on the status quo of strategic railway logistics enterprise alliance,this paper analyzed the railway logistics enterprise alliance with resource suppliers,product producers,product distributors,product consumers,logistics service providers,and logistics financial enterprises as the main body,discussed the alliance modes such as jointventure strategic alliance,mutual-shareholding strategic alliance,and contractual strategic alliance,and put forward the development countermeasures of railway logistics enterprise alliance,such as providing logistics financial services,realizing real-time information sharing,and building a stable development mechanism,so as to promote the efficient operation of railway logistics enterprises and improve the benefit level of railway logistics enterprise alliance.
