红色档案资源融入高校思想政治教育的现状及优化建议——以湖北省高校为例

摘　　要：红色档案资源是高校思想政治教育实践的鲜活素材,具有重要的精神价值、文化价值和史料价值。红色档案资源融入高校思想政治教育实践是厚植爱党爱国情怀的时代要求,是巩固主流思想舆论的客观要求,是落实立德树人任务的根本要求,是促进人的全面发展的必然要求。然而,当前红色档案资源融入高校思政教育实践仍存在以阶段性专题活动为主,未形成长效机制;以响应主题教育为主,未养成行动自觉;部门互动协同缺失,未打破主体界限;以利用现成资源为主,深度挖掘开发不足;专业能力存在欠缺,未形成专业队伍;新媒体平台利用不足,教育影响力受限等问题。要实现红色档案资源高质量融入高校思想政治教育,应实现部门联动,高效利用红色档案资源;提升综合素养,打造专业化思想政治教育工作队伍;发掘地方资源,开发特色化校本思政“金课”;融入社会课堂,拓宽多元化实践育人渠道;数字赋能思政,推进数字化红色资源建设;构建长效机制,营造校园红色文化氛围,以不断提高红色档案资源开发利用水平,增强高校思政课教育教学实效,最大程度发挥红色档案资源高质量融入“大思政课”育人体系的价值和作用。Red archives resources are the fresh material of ideological and political education practice in colleges and universities,which have important spiritual value,cultural value and historical value.The integration of red archives resources into the practice of ideological and political education in colleges and universities is the requirement of the times to cultivate the patriotic feelings of the Party,the objective requirement to consolidate the mainstream ideological and public opinion,the fundamental requirement to implement the task of establishing morality and cultivating people,and the inevitable requirement to promote the all-round development of people.However,at present,the integration of red archives resources into the practice of ideological and political education in colleges and universities is still dominated by periodic thematic activities,and a long-term mechanism has not been formed.Mainly in response to the theme of education,did not develop a sense of action;the lack of departmental interaction and coordination has not broken the main boundaries;mainly based on the use of readymade resources,lack of deep excavation and development;there is a lack of professional ability and a professional team has not been formed;problems such as insufficient use of new media platforms and limited educational influence.In order to realize the high-quality integration of red archives resources into ideological and political education in colleges and universities,it is necessary to realize departmental linkage and efficient use of red archives resources;improve comprehensive literacy and build a professional ideological and political education team;explore local resources and develop characteristic school-based ideological and political'gold courses';integrate into the social classroom,broaden the channels of diversified practical education;digital empowers ideological and political education and promotes the construction of digital red resources;to build a long-term mechanism and create a red cultural atmosphere
