摘　　要：提出了大车队模式的概念,基于规模经济原理和中间层理论,分析了大车队模式产生的基础和发展历程,并指出该模式当前存在业务单一、管理粗放,规模极限不清晰、发展方向不明确等问题。最后,提出了大车队模式未来的发展方向,包括集团化发展、采用新能源运输车辆、优化运输组织方式等。In this paper,the concept of the large fleet mode is proposed.On the basis of the principle of scale economy and the middle layer theory,the foundation and development process of the large fleet model are analyzed,and then problems with the current practice of this mode are pointed out,which are monotonous business contents,extensive management style,unclear scale limits,and lack of clear development direction,etc.Finally,the future development direction of the large fleet mode is suggested,including group-oriented development,embracing new energy transportation vehicles,and optimization of transportation organization methods,etc.
