基于DEMATEL-ISM的应急物流配送效率影响因素分析

摘　　要：为了提高应急物流配送效率,在已有应急物流相关研究的基础上,通过文献沉淀法,结合应急物流的特点、原则,从经济性、服务能力、可持续性以及交通便利性等层面入手,归纳总结出影响应急物流配送效率的17个因素。运用决策实验室分析法(DEMATEL)对这些影响因素进行重要度和属性分析,建立ISM模型,对应急物流配送效率的影响因素进行迭代,划分等级,找出应急物流配送效率的直接影响因素和基础性影响因素。基于此,提出了提高应急物流配送效率的相关建议。In this paper,in order to improve the efficiency of emergency logistics distribution,based on the existing research literature on emergency logistics,using the literature precipitation method,and in light of the characteristics and principles of emergency logistics,we summarized 17 factors affecting the efficiency of emergency logistics distribution from the aspects of economy,service capacity,sustainability and transportation convenience,etc.Next,with the decision-making laboratory analysis method(DEMATEL),we analyzed the importance and attributes of these influencing factors,established an ISM model to iterate and classify the influencing factors of emergency logistics distribution efficiency,and identified the direct and fundamental influencing factors on emergency logistics distribution efficiency.Based on this,we put forward relevant suggestions to improve the efficiency of emergency logistics distribution.
