摘　　要：针对我国电子废弃物分散性大、回收主体缺乏合作与监管、消费者环保意识较差所导致的环境污染严重、回收效率低下的难题,对环境NGO监管电子废弃物线上线下的三方回收合作开展了研究。首先对三方博弈主体进行演化的基本假设并进行模型构建,然后求解演化博弈模型并进行稳定分析,最后用Matlab软件进行仿真。仿真结果表明:引入环境NGO参与监管能有效促进电子废弃物的线上回收与线下回收合作,解决回收难的问题,进而减少环境污染。In this paper,in view of the serious environmental pollution and low efficiency in electronic waste recycling in China due to the wide dispersion of electronic waste in China,the lack of cooperation and supervision of the recycling entities,and the poor environmental awareness of the consumers,etc.,we studied the three-party collaborative electronic waste recycling mode where environmental NGOs are introduced in to supervise the online and offline recycling processes.First,we discussed the basic assumptions and model of the evolution of the three-party game.Then we solved the evolutionary game model and analyzed its stability.Finally,we used the Matlab software to simulate the model.The result showed that by introducing in environmental NGOs to participate in supervision,we could effectively promote cooperation between online and offline recycling entities,and overcome the difficulty in recycling,thereby reducing environmental pollution.
