摘  要:以D工厂重型发动机装配线为例,分析其生产过程中存在的物流配送浪费现象,运用精益生产的思想,研究并设计拉动式投料系统。结合动力总成装配线的共性问题,设计防错系统,保证拉动式投料系统的准确稳定运行。根据拉动式投料系统设计以及零部件属性,在装配线现场采用3种不同形式的物流模式,保证装配线生产及物流高效运行。该物流信息系统的应用实践表明,车间实现了免拉线全自动下账盘点,系统扣料准确率达99.3%,有效降低在制品量75%,减少人均低效作业3.5h/月。In this paper,taking the heavy-duty engine assembly line of Factory D as example,we analyzed the wastage occurring in the logistics and distribution process in its production activities,and following the principle of lean production,developed and designed a pull-type feeding system.In view of the common problems with the powertrain assembly line,we came up with a mistake-proofing system to keep the operation of the pull-type feeding system accurate and stable.Next,considering the characteristics of the pull-type feeding system and the properties of the parts,we provided three different logistics models around the assembly line site to ensure efficient operation of the assembly line and the line-side logistics activities.Via practical application,it was shown that this logistics information system could help realize full-automatic no-shutdown inventory taking for the workshop,raise the overall material feeding accuracy rate to 99.3%,effectively reduce the volume of work-in-progress by 75%,and cut down inefficient work per person by 3.5 hours/month.
