摘　　要：新媒体的迅猛发展引发了社会的强烈变革,对基层领导干部的工作思维也产生了深刻的影响,只有创新运用新媒体,转变思想观念,充分挖掘功能;引导网络舆情,同步管理服务;加强自身建设,坚持群众路线,才能切实提高基层领导干部的管理服务与监管应对的工作能力,从而树立自身亲民形象。The rapid development of new media has triggered a strong change in society and has a profound impact on the work thinking of grassroots leading cadres.Only by innovating the use of new media,changing the mindset and fully tapping the functions;guiding the network public opinion and synchronizing management services;strengthening self-construction and adhering to the mass line can effectively improve the working ability of grassroots leading cadres in management services and regulatory response,so as to establish their own pro-people image.
