摘  要:融冰地线绝缘架设方式下的感应电压会对地线检修人员的人身安全构成威胁。基于Bergeron模型搭建1000 kV输电线路模型,融冰地线采用保护间隙对地绝缘,等电位作业时分析了运行电流、融冰段长度、换位、地线高度、呼称高度对感应电压的影响;地电位作业时计算了不同检修方式下的人体电流。研究结果表明:运行电流、融冰段长度对地线感应电压的影响较小,可忽略不计,换位后地线上的感应电压比无换位时降低了71%;地线上的感应电压与其距地面高度成反比、与呼称高度成正比;等电位作业时作业人员所穿屏蔽服屏蔽效率计算式中的U ref约为140 kV,地电位作业时同时挂接接地线和个人安保线可保证流过检修人员的人体电流(7.5μA)符合要求。The induced voltage in the insulation erection mode of the ice-melting ground wire may threaten the personal safety of the ground wire maintenance personnel.A simulation model of 1000 kV AC transmission line is constructed based on the Bergeron model,and ground wire is insulated to the ground with protection clearance.This paper analyzes the effects of operating current,length of ice-melting section,transposition,height of ground wire and height of transmission line on induced voltage during equipotential working,and then calculates the induced current flowing through a human body under different overhaul modes during ground potential working.The research results are shown as below:The operating current and the length of ice-melting section have little influence on the induced voltage of ground wire,which can be ignored.The induced voltage on the ground wire after transposition is 71%lower than that without transposition.The induced voltage on the ground wire is inversely proportional to its height from the ground and proportional to the height of transmission line.The Uref in the shielding efficiency calculation formula for the shielding suit worn by the operator during equipotential working is about 140 kV.Connecting the ground cable and personal safety cable during ground potential working can ensure that the current of human body(7.5μA)flowing through the overhaul personnel meets the requirements.
