1例急性ST段抬高性心肌梗死合并心力衰竭患者医院-家庭续贯式中西医结合护理体会

摘　　要：我国心血管疾病死亡率现居所有疾病首位,急性心肌梗死作为心血管疾病中最紧急的情况之一,严重威胁人的健康,目前主要治疗措施为介入治疗和药物保守治疗,但患者出院后缺乏心脏康复治疗措施,导致该病给患者生理、心理、日常生活等方面带来严重不良影响。我科收治了1例急性ST段抬高性心肌梗死合并心力衰竭的患者,经过急诊经皮冠状动脉介入治疗对罪犯血管进行了支架植入,术后患者多次并发恶性心律失常和心力衰竭,经过医院-家庭续贯式中西医结合护理,患者于第23天康复出院,出院1个月随访,患者身体和生活均恢复到正常状态。护理要点主要包括院内急救护理、坐式八段锦结合Ⅰ期康复护理、焦虑失眠的护理以及家庭立式八段锦结合Ⅱ期康复护理、照护者支持。The death rate of cardiovascular diseases in China now ranks first among all diseases.Acute myocardial infarction,as one of the most urgent cases of cardiovascular diseases,seriously threatens people's health.At present,the main treatment measures are interventional therapy and conservative drug treatment,but patients lack cardiac rehabilitation treatment after discharge,resulting in serious adverse effects on patients'physiology,psychology and daily life.A patient with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction complicated with heart failure was admitted to our department.After emergency percutaneous coronary interventional therapy,stent implantation was performed on the offender's blood vessels,nausea arrhythmia and heart failure occurred several times after surgery.After hospital-family integrated Chinese and Western medicine nursing,the patient recovered and was discharged on the 23rd day.The patient's body and life returned to normal.The main nursing points mainly include in-hospital emergency nursing,sit-style Baduanjin withⅠrehabilitation nursing,anxiety and insomnia nursing,family vertical Baduanjin withⅡrehabilitation nursing,caregiver support.
