五味化痔促进溃疡愈合的药效学研究

摘　　要：目的:研究五味化痔抗炎、止痛、促进溃疡愈合的作用。方法:采用大鼠足趾肿胀模型、小鼠耳肿胀模型及小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高模型观察五味化痔的抗炎作用;用热板致痛实验及醋酸引起的疼痛模型研究其对镇痛作用的影响;用醋酸所致大鼠肛周溃疡的模型观察其促进溃疡愈合的作用。结果:五味化痔对足趾肿胀模型大鼠和耳肿胀小鼠具有明显的抗炎作用,亦能抑制醋酸引起的腹腔毛细血管通透性增加;对热板和醋酸引起的疼痛有明显的镇痛作用;对肛周溃疡和肿胀有明显的促进愈合作用。结论:五味化痔具有明显的抗炎、止痛、促进溃疡愈合的作用。Objective:To study the multiple effects incl uding anti-inflammation,analgesia,facilitation of ulcer healing of Wuwei depileser.Methods:The anti-inflammation effects of Wuwei depileser were observed using the toe swelling model in rats,ear swelling model in mice,and the mouse peritoneal capillary permeability increase model induced by acetic acid.The analgesia effects of W uwei depileser were observed using hot plate and acetic acid stimulation.The facilitation of ulcer healing of Wuwei depileser were observed using the model of rat perianal ulcers induced by acetic acid.Results:Wuwei depileser has a significant anti-inflammatory effect on toe swelling model in rats and ear swelling model in mice,and inhibits acetic acid-induced increase in permeability of peritoneal capillaries.It also markedly suppresses pain caused by hot plate and acetic acid stimulation,facilitates the healing of perianal ulcers and swelling.Conclusion:These results indicate that Wuwei depileser has multiple effects including anti-inflammation,analgesia,facilitation of ulcer healing.
