摘　　要：目的探讨蝮蛇咬伤患者肢体肿胀的影响因素,为临床诊治提供参考依据。方法将医院动物咬伤科2020年1月-2021年12月收治的685例蝮蛇咬伤患者为调查对象,通过单因素分析及多因素Logistic回归模型,分析蝮蛇咬伤后肢体肿胀的影响因素。结果单因素分析结果显示性别、延迟就诊时间、蛇咬伤严重程度评分(SSS)、高血压、敷草药是蛇咬伤后肢体肿胀程度的影响因素(P<0.05);多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,受伤后就诊时间延长(>4 h)、SSS评分高、高血压、擅自敷草药是患者肢体肿胀严重的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论受伤后就诊时间、SSS评分、高血压病史、擅自敷草药是蝮蛇咬伤患者肢体肿胀的影响因素。Objective To explore the influencing factors of limb swelling in patients with pit viper bites and provide reference basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods 685 patients with pit viper bites admitted to the Animal Bite Unit of the hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were investigated,and the influencing factors of limb swelling after pit viper bites were analysed by univariate analysis and multifactorial Logistic regression model.Results The results of univariate analysis showed that gender,delayed consultation time,Snakebite Severity Scale(SSS),hypertension,and application of herbs were the factors influencing the degree of limb swelling after snakebite(P<0.05),the results of multifactorial logistic regression analyses showed that the consultation time was prolonged(>4 h)after injury,high SSS score,hypertension,and unauthorised application of herbs were risk factors for the severity of limb swelling in patients(P<0.05).Conclusion Time of consultation after injury,SSS score,history of hypertension,and unauthorised application of herbs were the factors influencing limb swelling in patients with pit viper bites.
