摘 要:目的探讨优化末端瓣膜式耐高压注射型PICC(Power PICC SOLO)置管法在肿瘤患者中应用的效果。方法选取2021年7月—2022年7月医院肿瘤科置入Power PICC SOLO导管的86例患者为研究对象,按照组间基本特征具有可比性的原则分为对照组和观察组,各43例。观察组患者采取优化置管的方法置入Power PICC SOLO导管,对照组则采用常规方法置入Power PICC SOLO导管。观察两组患者的PICC置管过程及PICC导管留置2个月期间,导管相关不良事件的发生情况。结果观察组和对照组患者的PICC导管异位、导管堵塞、导管相关感染的发生率,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者的PICC导管送管困难、穿刺点渗血渗液、导管脱出的发生率及PICC导管相关不良事件的总发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优化Power PICC SOLO导管置管法在肿瘤患者中的应用,能够降低Power PICC SOLO导管相关不良事件的发生率。Objective To explore the effect of optimising the end-valve high-pressure resistant injectable PICC(Power PICC SOLO)placement method in oncology patients.Methods 86 patients who were placed into Power PICC SOLO catheters in the oncology department of the hospital from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the study object,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 43 cases in each group,in accordance with the principle of the basic characteristics of the groups being comparable.The patients in the observation group were placed in the Power PICC SOLO catheter by the method of optimised placement,while the control group was placed in the Power PICC SOLO catheter by the conventional method.The PICC placement process and the occurrence of catheter-related adverse events during the 2 months PICC catheter retention period were observed in both groups.Results The incidence of PICC catheter ectasia,catheter occlusion,and catheter-related infections in patients of the observation group and the control group were not statistically significant(P>0.05);the incidence of difficulty in delivering the PICC catheter,oozing of blood andfluid from the puncture point,catheter dislodgement,and the total incidence of PICC catheter-related adverse events of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Optimising the application of Power PICC SOLO catheter placement in oncology patients can reduce the incidence of Power PICC SOLO catheter-related adverse events.
