摘　　要：目的探讨电子辅助沟通系统联合ESPCS健康教育在声带息肉切除术患者中的应用效果。方法选取2022年3-8月手术的30例患者作为对照组,实施声带息肉切除术患者常规护理及出院后随访;按照组间基本特征匹配的原则,选择2022年9月-2023年2月手术的30例患者作为观察组,采用电子辅助沟通系统联合ESPCS健康教育方案。比较两组患者术后休声情况、嗓音训练依从性、术后1个月与3个月的嗓音恢复情况及护理服务满意度。结果经电子辅助沟通系统联合ESPCS健康教育方案干预后,观察组患者术后完全禁声率高于对照组(P<0.05);嗓音训练依从度高于对照组(P<0.05);术后1个月的嗓音恢复良好率高于对照组(P<0.05);患者对护理服务满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论电子辅助沟通系统联合ESPCS健康教育有利于为不同年龄层次、不同文化程度的声带息肉切除术患者解决沟通障碍问题、心理压力问题和发声训练问题,从而提升了护理质量,降低了患者再入院率,促进了患者不良行为的改变及术后恢复。Objective To explore the application effect of electronic aided communication system combined with ESPCS health education in patients undergoing vocal polypectomy.Methods 30 patients operated in March-August 2022 were selected as the control group to implement routine care and post-discharge follow-up for patients with vocal cord polypectomy,30 patients operated from September 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the observation group in accordance with the principle of matching the basic characteristics between the groups,and the electronic assisted communication system combined with the ESPCS health education programme was adopted.ESPCS health education programme.Postoperative voice rest,voice training compliance,voice recovery at 1 month and 3 months after surgery,and nursing service satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention of electronic assistive communication system combined with ESPCS health education programme,the rate of complete postoperative voice rest of patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the compliance of voice training was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the recovery of voice at 1 month after operation was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);and the patient's satisfaction with the nursing service was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The electronic assisted communication system combined with ESPCS health education is beneficial to solve the problems of communication barriers,psychological pressure and vocal training for vocal polypectomy patients of different age levels and different literacy levels,thus improving the quality of nursing care,lowering the readmission rate of patients,and promoting the change of patients'bad behaviours and postoperative recovery.
