摘  要:为了探讨酸模叶蓼种子的休眠与发芽特性,开展了不同方法打破种子休眠的效果以及温度、光照、p H值、水势、盐分和播种时覆土深度对发芽影响的研究。结果表明:机械摩擦是打破酸模叶蓼种子休眠最有效的方法,能显著提高发芽率到91.11%;酸模叶蓼种子发芽的最适温度为20~30℃,以25℃的发芽率最高,为92.22%,最适p H值为7~8,p H值为7和8的发芽率分别为91.11%和92.22%,适宜发芽的光照时长为12 h以上;播种时适合的覆土深度为0~2 cm,以覆土深度为1 cm的出苗率最高,达95.56%;酸模叶蓼种子发芽时对水分胁迫比较敏感,适宜发芽的水势应不低于-0.8 MPa,高浓度盐分胁迫会抑制酸模叶蓼种子萌发,适宜发芽的Na Cl浓度应低于40 mmol/L。In order to know the seed dormancy and germination characteristics of Persicaria lapathifolium,effects of different methods on seed dormancy break,and effects of temperature,light,pH,water potential,salt and soil cover depth on seed germination were studied.The results showed that mechanical friction was the most effective method to break the dormancy of Persicaria lapathifolium seeds,and the germination rate could be significantly increased to 91.11%.The optimum germination temperature was 20-30℃,and the highest germination rate was 92.22%at 25℃.The optimum pH value was 7-8,and the germination rate was 91.11%at pH 7 and 92.22%at pH 8.The optimum light duration was more than 12 h.The suitable soil cover depth was 0-2 cm,and the seedling emergence rate reached the highest of 95.56%at 1 cm soil cover depth.The seed germination was sensitive to water stress,and the water potential suitable for germination should not be lower than-0.8 MPa.High salt stress would inhibit seed germination,and the NaCl concentration suitable for Persicaria lapathifolium seed germination should be lower than 40 mmol/L.
