摘　　要：聚焦于湖南农业科技服务平台的设计与构建,阐述分析湖南农业科技服务平台的建设构想、架构设计与功能实现。就建设构想而言,湖南农业科技服务平台以信息技术全面助力农业科技服务发展为目标,充分运用物联网、人工智能、流媒体、即时通讯等现代信息技术,采用人机混合方式构建线上线下相结合的农业科技服务模式。就架构设计而言,湖南农业科技服务平台包含基础设施层、数据层、支撑层、应用层和用户层,采用扁平化设计,以服务站点为基本载体面向用户开展服务。就功能实现而言,湖南农业科技服务平台构建了视频服务支撑系统、农业物联网应用支撑系统、可视化农业支撑系统、标准化生产过程支撑系统、知识服务系统、农业资源供需发布管理系统、农事托管服务系统和站群信息管理系统来实现平台各种功能。湖南农业科技服务平台通过创新农业科技服务方式提高农业科技服务效能,对湖南农业科技服务发展有着积极的促进作用。This paper,focusing on the design and construction of Hunan Agricultural Science and Technology Service Platform,elaborates and analyzes its construction conception,architecture design and function realization.In terms of construction conception,the platform,aiming at comprehensively promoting the development of agricultural science and technology services,makes full use of modern information technologies,such as the internet of things,artificial intelligence,streaming media and instant messaging to construct an online-offline combined service model of agricultural science and technology in a man-machine hybrid way.In terms of architecture design,the platform includes the infrastructure layer,data layer,support layer,application layer and user layer,adopting the flat design with service sites as basic carriers to provide services for users.In terms of function realization,the platform builds the video service support system,agricultural internet of things application support system,visual agriculture support system,standardized production process support system,knowledge service system,agricultural resource supply and demand release management system,agricultural commission service system,and station and group information management system to achieve various functions.Hunan Agricultural Science and Technology Service Platform improves the efficacy of agricultural science and technology services by innovating service ways,and plays a positive role in promoting the development of agricultural science and technology services in Hunan.
