摘 要:通过数值模拟和试验验证的方法对非金属壳体战斗部陶瓷破片上靶率开展研究,主要分析了尼龙材料、ABS、聚乙烯战斗部壳体和陶瓷破片直径为2~6 mm对破片上靶率的影响规律。结果表明:战斗部壳体材料为尼龙时,战斗部陶瓷破片在1~3 m处靶板的上靶率最高;陶瓷球直径在一定范围内时,上靶率随陶瓷球直径的增大而增大,随布靶距离的增大而减小,陶瓷球直径为5 mm时上靶率最高。研究成果可根据技术指标要求,通过匹配陶瓷球尺寸,实现战斗部可控范围内的有效毁伤。Conducting research on the low collateral damage characteristics of typical ceramic ball prefabricated fragments holds paramount importance for evaluating weapon destruction effectiveness.Through numerical simulation and experimental verifica-tion,research on the targeting rate of non-metallic shell combat ceramic fragments was carried out,with a primary focus on ana-lyzing the impact of nylon,ABS,polyethylene material for warhead shell and ceramic fragment size 2~6 mm on the targeting rate of the fragment.The findings indicate that when the warhead shell is made of nylon,the targeting rate of the warhead ce-ramic fragments at 1~3 m is the highest.Furthermore,when the diameter of the ceramic ball falls within a certain range,the targeting rate increases with an increase in ceramic ball size and decreases with an increase in target distance.The highest tar-geting rate is achieved when the diameter of the ceramic ball is 5 mm.In accordance with technical requirements,the research results suggest that effective damage range can be achieved by matching the size of the ceramic ball to the warhead.
