摘 要:建立了采用超级微波消解-电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定锂电用PVDF隔膜中金属杂质含量的分析方法。基于超级微波高温高压的特点,通过硫酸与硝酸两步消解体系解决了PVDF隔膜材料消解困难的问题。进一步采用酸基体匹配法研究并解决了硫酸引入的酸效应问题,快速高效实现锂电用PVDF隔膜材料中金属杂质含量的准确分析。实验结果表明:各元素线性相关系数均大于为0.999,方法检出限为0.068~2.16 mg/L,精密度均低于2.4%,加标回收率在93.6%~104.2%。该分析方法具有良好的精密度和准确度,可实现隔膜材料的快速准确分析,为锂电用PVDF隔膜材料的质量与安全检测分析提供了可行性方案。An analytical method for the determination of metal impurity content in PVDF diaphragms of lithium batteries by super microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry was established.Based on the characteristics of super microwave high temperature and high pressure,the problem of difficult digestion of PVDF diaphragm material was solved by two-step digestion system of sulfuric acid and nitric acid.The acid matrix matching method was further used to study and solve the acid effect problem introduced by sulfuric acid,and the accurate analysis of metal impurity content in PVDF diaphragm materials for lithium batteries was realized quickly and efficiently.The experimental results show that the linear correlation coefficient of each element is greater than 0.999,and the detection limit of the method is 0.068-2.16 mg/L,the precision is less than 2.4%,the standard recovery rate is 93.6%-104.2%,This analysis method has good precision and accuracy,which can realize the rapid and accurate analysis of diaphragm materials,and provide a feasible solution for the quality and safety inspection and analysis of PVDF diaphragm materials for lithium batteries.
