摘 要:通过球磨法和化学还原法制备氟化石墨(CF_(x))掺杂五氧化二钒(V_(2)O_(5))的复合电极材料;利用XRD、SEM、EDS对材料的物相和形貌结构进行表征分析;以CF_(x),V_(2)O_(5),CF_(x)@V_(2)O_(5)-1(球磨法制备),CF_(x)@V_(2)O_(5)-2(化学还原法制备)为正极活性物质,制备5 Ah的方形软包型锂氟化碳一次电池,通过恒流放电测试和交流阻抗(EIS)技术研究V_(2)O_(5)掺杂方法对电池的电化学性能的影响。研究结果显示,CF_(x)@V_(2)O_(5)-2相较于CF_(x)@V_(2)O_(5)-1,表面V2 O5颗粒分布更为均匀,阻抗减少约17%,扩散系数增加4.2倍;相较于Li/CF_(x)和Li/CF_(x)@V_(2)O_(5)-1(CF_(x)@V_(2)O_(5)-1为正极),Li/CF_(x)@V_(2)O_(5)-2(CF_(x)@V_(2)O_(5)-2为正极)具有更高的电压平台和低波电压,高倍率放电时的电压滞后显著降低,电压平台平稳性增加。The composite electrode materials of fluorinated graphite(CF_(x))doped with vanadium pentoxide(V_(2)O_(5))that were prepared by ball milling and chemical reduction.The phases and morphologies of the compounds were characterized by XRD,SEM and EDS.CF_(x),V_(2)O_(5),CF_(x)@V_(2)O_(5)-1(prepared by ball milling),and CF_(x)@V_(2)O_(5)-2(prepared by chemical reduction)were used as cathode active materials to prepare 5 Ah square soft-pack lithium fluorinated carbon primary batteries.The effect of V_(2)O_(5)doping methods on the electrochemical performances of the batteries were investigated by galvanostatic discharge test and alternating current impedance(EIS)technique.The research results show that,compared with CF_(x)@V_(2)O_(5)-1,CF_(x)@V_(2)O_(5)-2 has more uniform distribution of V_(2)O_(5)particles on the surface,the resistance is reduced by about 17%,and the diffusion coefficient is increased by 4.2 times;compared with Li/CF_(x)(pure CF_(x)as the positive electrode)and Li/CF_(x)@V_(2)O_(5)-1(CF_(x)@V_(2)O_(5)-1 as the positive electrode),Li/CF_(x)@V_(2)O_(5)-2(CF_(x)@V_(2)O_(5)-2 as the positive electrode)has higher voltage plateaus and low-wave voltages,the voltage hysteresis is significantly reduced during high-rate discharges,and the voltages stability increased.
