摘 要:碳燃料的结构特性是影响直接碳固体氧化物燃料电池(DC-SOFC)输出特性的关键因素。选择生物质和低阶煤热解半焦作为DC-SOFC的燃料,采用红外光谱、拉曼光谱、XRD及氮气等温吸脱附等分析手段,结合半焦的CO_(2)还原活性及电池输出性能分析,研究了半焦组成和本征结构对DC-SOFC性能的影响机制。结果表明,半焦的灰分含量对其CO_(2)反应活性有重要影响,半焦脱灰后CO_(2)反应活性显著降低;脱灰半焦的表观芳香度越低,缺陷芳香环碳与有序芳香环碳的比值越大,半焦的CO_(2)反应活性越高,则半焦燃料DC-SOFC输出性能越好。利用多元函数拟合方法,建立了脱灰半焦燃料CO_(2)反应速率与半焦结构参数(芳香度、芳碳缺陷程度)之间的数学关系式,用于判断半焦CO_(2)反应速率大小及半焦燃料DC-SOFC输出性能的优劣。The structural characteristics of carbon fuel are the key factors affecting the output characteristics of direct carbon solid oxide fuel cells(DC-SOFC).Biomass and low-rank coal pyrolysis semi-coke were selected as the fuel of DC-SOFC.The influence mechanism of semi-coke composition and intrinsic structure on DC-SOFC performance was studied by infrared spectroscopy,Raman spectroscopy,XRD and nitrogen isothermal adsorption and desorption analysis methods,combined with the analysis of CO_(2)reduction activity and battery output performance of semi-coke.The results show that the ash content of semi-coke has an important effect on its CO_(2)reactivity,and the CO_(2)reactivity of semi-coke decreases significantly after deashing.The lower the apparent aromaticity,the greater the ratio of defective aromatic ring carbon to ordered aromatic ring carbon,the higher the CO_(2)reactivity of semi-coke,the better the output performance of semi-coke DC-SOFC.By using the multivariate function fitting method,the mathematical relationship between the CO_(2)reaction rate of deash semi-coke fuel and the structural parameters of semi-coke(aromaticity,degree of aromatic carbon defect)was established,which was used to judge the CO_(2)reaction rate of semi-coke and the output performance of semi-coke fuel DC-SOFC.
