摘  要:首先采用溶胶-凝胶法分别合成La_(1.75)Y_(0.25)Mo_(1.8)Al_(0.2)O_(8.7)(LYMA)和Ce_(0.8)Y_(0.08)Sm_(0.12)O_(1.9)(CYS)粉体,然后采用LYMA和CYS粉体通过机械混合法制备LYMA-CYS(质量比为1∶1)复合材料。通过XRD、SEM和交流阻抗等手段对样品的物相、化学相容性和电导性能进行测试和分析。研究表明:溶胶-凝胶法经600℃煅烧3 h合成了纯相的LYMA和CYS纳米粉体,LYMA与CYS间化学相容性较好;LYMA-CYS复合材料具有良好的烧结性能,在1200℃煅烧4 h即可得到相对密度高于99%的陶瓷致密体。LYMA-CYS复合电解质材料的总电导率和界面电导率均高于单相LYMA和CYS。在800℃时LYMA-CYS复合电解质材料的总电导率为0.0246 S/cm,高于LYMA、CYS在相同温度下的总电导率。The powders of La_(1.75)Y_(0.25)Mo_(1.8)Al_(0.2)O_(8.7)-Ce_(0.8)Y_(0.08)Sm_(0.12)O_(1.9)(CYS)were prepared by sol-gel method,respectively.LYMA-CYS(mass ratio1∶1)composite materials were obtained by mechanically-mixing the two powders.Microstructural and properties of the samples were characterized with X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),impedance analysis methods.The results show that the precursor powders calcined at 600℃for 3 h formed single phase LYMA and CYS ultrafine powders.CYS has a fluorite structure and has good chemical compatibility with LYMA.The LYMA-CYS composite powders exhibite high sintering activity,it can be sintered to 99%of its theoretical density at 1200℃for 4 h.Compared to CYS and LYMA,the total ionic conductivity and grainboundary conductivity of the LYMA-CYS composite electrolytes are much higher.The total ionic conductivity of the LYMA-CYS composite electrolyte is 0.0246 S/cm,higher than that of LYMA and CYS at the same temperature.
