摘  要:传统光伏组件在曲面场合应用时存在不易和曲面完美贴合、不美观等问题,而柔性光伏组件具有轻质、可卷曲等优点,非常适合在曲面场合贴合应用。以柔性CIGS光伏组件作为研究对象,依据组件内部电气连接方式的特点,采用MATLAB/Simulink软件建立了两种光伏组件模型和光伏组件发电模型,结合北京地区仲夏季节立面上的太阳辐照强度数据,对两种内连方式的柔性CIGS组件在立柱侧面应用时的性能进行对比研究。模拟结果表明:在立柱表面贴合应用时,并联型的柔性CIGS组件明显具有更优越的性能。Traditional PV modules are difficult to fit perfectly with curved surfaces and are not beautiful,while flexible PV modules have the advantages of light weight and rollable applications,which are very suitable for bonding applications in curved surfaces.Two PV module models and their power generation models were established by using MATLAB/Simulink software according to the characteristics of the internal electrical connection mode of the module.Combined with the solar irradiation intensity data on the façade in mid-summer in Beijing,the performance of the two kinds of flexible CIGS modules with different internal connection methods in the application of upright cylindrical surface was compared.The simulation results show that the parallelly connected flexible CIGS module has significantly superior performance when bonded to upright cylindrical surfaces.
