河南草莓褐色叶斑病病原菌的鉴定及防治药剂筛选

摘  要:为明确河南草莓主产区草莓褐色叶斑病的病原菌种类,筛选安全有效的杀菌剂,利用组织分离法从河南草莓病株上分离纯化得到草莓褐色叶斑病的病原菌,并对6种杀菌剂进行筛选和防效评价。经形态学和分子生物学鉴定该病原菌为Pilidium concavum。6种杀菌剂中以450 g·L^(-1)咪鲜胺水乳剂抑菌效果最好,对草莓褐色叶斑病的防效达到83%,其EC50为2.4497 mg·L^(-1),可作为河南草莓褐色叶斑病田间防治的候选药剂。In order to definite the pathogenic bacteria species of strawberry brown leaf spot in main strawberry production regions of Henan Province,and screen safe and effective control fungicides,this study separated and purified pathogenic bacteria of strawberry brown leaf spot from diseased strawberry plants in Henan,screened 6 kinds of fungicides,and evaluated their control effects.This pathogenic bacteria was identified by morphology and molecular biology as Pilidium concavum.Among the 6 fungicides,the antibacterial effect of 450 g·L^(-1) prochloraz water emulsion was the best.Its control effect on strawberry brown leaf spot reached 83%,and its EC50 was 2.4497 mg·L^(-1).It could be used as a candidate agent for field control on Henan strawberry brown leaf spot.
