摘 要:【目的】本研究利用主成分分析及隶属函数分析开展氮素形态对油茶苗木影响的综合评价,以期为油茶苗木施肥提供科学依据。【方法】以‘湘林27号’1年生实生苗为材料,氮素水平为8 mmol·L^(-1),氮素形态为(NO3-∶NH_(4)^(+)=0∶0,10∶0,7∶3,5∶5,3∶7,0∶10),测定苗木的营养生长指标、光合特性、光合生理指标,采用主成分分析及隶属函数分析方法分析氮素形态对油茶苗木生长的影响。【结果】相关分析结果表明,油茶苗木生产力相关的16个指标间均存在正相关关系,苗高增量与地径增量、生物量、净光合速率、可溶性糖含量呈极显著正相关,与根系形态特征(根系投影面积、根系表面积、根系体积)、叶片全氮含量呈显著正相关;生物量与苗高增量、净光合速率、可溶性糖含量呈极显著正相关,与地径增量、根系形态特征(根系投影面积、根系体积、根系直径)、叶片全氮含量呈显著正相关;叶片全氮含量与(根系投影面积、根系表面积)、地径增量呈极显著正相关,与苗高增量、生物量、叶面积、净光合速率、可溶性糖含量呈显著正相关。主成分分析结果与隶属函数分析结果一致,即不同处理(A0~A5)对苗木生长的促进作用由强到弱排序为A3>A4>A2>A5>A1>A0,A3(NO_(3)^(-)∶NH_(4)^(+)=5∶5)对油茶苗木生长的促进作用最强,其次为A4(NO_(3)^(-)∶NH_(4)^(+)=3∶7)。【结论】混合氮源(铵硝等比)最有利于油茶苗木的生长。【Objective】In this study,the principal component analysis and membership function analysis were used to comprehensively evaluate the effect of nitrogen forms on Camellia oleifera seedlings,in order to provide scientific basis for fertilization of C.oleifera.-1【Method】1-year-old seedlings of C.oleifera‘Xianglin27’was used as materials.The nitrogen level was 8 mmol·L^(-1) and the nitrogen form(NO_(3)^(-)∶NH_(4)^(+)=0∶0,10∶0,7∶3,5∶5,3∶7,0∶10).The indexes of nutrient growth,photosynthetic characteristics and photosynthetic physiological of C.oleifera seedlings were measured.The effects of nitrogen forms on the growth of C.oleifera seedlings were analyzed by principal component analysis and membership function analysis.【Result】Correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation among the 16 indexes related to the productivity of C.oleifera seedlings,height increment and ground diameter increment,biomass,net photosynthetic rate,soluble sugar content were highly significantly positively correlated,height increment and root morphological characteristics(root projection area,root surface area,root volume),leaf total nitrogen content were significantly positively related.The biomass and height increment,net photosynthetic rate,soluble sugar content were highly significantly positively correlated,biomass and ground diameter increment,root morphological characteristics(root projection area,root surface area,root volume),leaf total nitrogen content were significantly positively related.Leaf total nitrogen content and root projection area,root surface area,ground diameter increment were highly significantly positively related,leaf total nitrogen content and height increment,biomass,leaf area,net photosynthetic rate,soluble sugar content were significantly positively related.The results of principal component analysis are consistent with those of membership function analysis,that is,the promoting effect of different treatments(A0-A5)on seedling growth from strong to weak was as follo
