摘  要:为提升固体蓄热式电锅炉机组整体效率及系统安全性,对其放热特性进行研究。通过数值模拟锅炉内部布风及换热器结构,并分析实验测试结果,采用蓄热体迎风面设置导流装置和改变换热器管排结构的优化方法,改善锅炉放热不均匀的问题,提升翅片管式换热器的换热效率。优化结果表明:通过设置导流装置可使迎风截面的流速分布均匀性指数提升13.58%;通过优化换热器的管排结构,可使换热器风侧温降均匀性提高49.779%。In order to improve the overall efficiency and system safety of solid regenerative electric boiler units,the heat release characteristics were studied.Through numerical simulation of the structure of the boiler internal air distribution and heat exchanger,and analysis of the experimental test results,the optimization method of setting the diversion device on the windward side of the heat accumulator and changing the structure of the heat exchanger tubes is adopted to improve the problem of uneven heat release of the boiler and improve the heat exchange efficiency of the finned tube heat exchanger.The optimization results show that the velocity distribution uniformity index of the windward section can be improved by 13.58%by setting the diversion device.By optimizing the tube structure of the heat exchanger,the uniformity of temperature drop on the air side of the heat exchanger can be improved by 49.779%.
