摘　　要：结合葫芦岛市的资源禀赋、气候条件和热网现状等,采用“污水余热利用+分布式光伏”的清洁采暖技术方案,与既有的城市集中供热系统形成有效互补,实现集中供热系统由传统单一热源向绿色低碳、多能互补供热路线的转型,提高企业供热能力、降低供热风险,增加清洁能源供热方式,优化能源结构,促进节能减碳。In combination with Huludao's resource endowments,climatic conditions and the current situation of the heat supply network,the project adopts the clean heating technology scheme of"sewage source heat pump++distributed photovoltaic"to effectively complement the existing urban central heating system,realize the transformation of the central heating system from a traditional single heat source to a green,low-carbon and multi-energy complementary heating route,improve the heating capacity of enterprises,reduce heating risks,and increase clean energy heating methods,Optimize the energy structure and promote energy conservation and carbon reduction.
