摘  要:对长沙一高校建筑的分体空调及高能耗高碳排的燃气溴化锂空调系统进行低碳节能改造。采用集中空调替代,以地埋管地源热泵作为基础冷热源,燃气锅炉和冷水机组作为调峰补充。研究不同地埋管配置占比下地埋管总供热量占比,从经济、节能的角度,寻求最优的地埋管配置方案。相比原有的空调系统,集中空调改造后,年空调能耗节省率达到59%,CO_(2)排放减少率达到56%;20 a全生命周期内,集中空调改造增量投资静态回收期为8.36 a,增量投资收益率为12%。Low-carbon and energy-saving transformation of the split air conditioner and the gas lithium bromide air conditioner system with high energy consumption and high carbon emission of a university building in Changsha was carried out.Centralized air conditioning was used instead,ground-source heat pumps with buried pipes were used as the basic cold and heat source,and gas boilers and chillers were used as peak-shaving supplements.The proportion of total heat supply of buried pipes under different buried pipe configuration ratios was studied,and the optimal buried pipe configuration scheme was sought from the perspective of economy and energy saving.Compared with the original air-conditioning system,after the centralized air-conditioning renovation,the annual air-conditioning energy saving rate reached 59%,and the CO_(2)emission reduction rate reached 56%;in the 20-year full life cycle,the static payback period of the incremental investment in the centralized air-conditioning renovation was 8.36 years,and the incremental investment yield was 12%.
