摘 要:由于工作面采高大,顶底板岩石强度低,围岩稳定性差,且受采动应力影响,3053顺槽在305综采工作面回采期间发生顶底板变形、锚杆锚索失效、局部冒顶等现象,严重影响通风行人,威胁煤矿安全生产。针对3053顺槽的变形情况和范围,依据注浆强化加固的作用机理,采用添加了AJG水泥浆复合添加剂的新型注浆材料对巷道进行超前预注浆,提前将高风险区域顶帮固化。并通过建立Bingham流体扩散-黏结-固结(D-Rb-C)耦合模型和理论分析,确定了注浆加固的主要参数和钻孔布置方式。通过与治理之前的巷道变形情况和煤体抗压强度比较,验证了治理效果。结果表明:305综采工作面顺槽在采用注浆治理后,降低了人工处理的风险,有效提高了工作面的推进速度和安全性,为相似矿井的治理提供了参考。Due to the high mining height of the working face,low rock strength of the roof and floor,poor stability of the surrounding rock and the influence of mining stress,3053 trough experienced deformation of the roof and floor,failure of anchor rods and cables,and local roof fall during the mining period of 305 fully-mechanized mining face,which seriously impacted on ventilation pedestrians and threatened to coal mine safety production.In response to the deformation situation and range of 3053 trough,and based on the mechanism of grouting reinforcement,a new type of grouting material with AJG cement slurry composite additive was used to pre grout the roadway in advance,solidifying the top wall of high-risk areas in advance.And by establishing a Bingham fluid D-Rb-C coupling model and theoretical analysis,the main parameters and drilling arrangement of grouting reinforcement were determined.By comparing the deformation of the roadway and the compressive strength of the coal body before the treatment,the treatment effect was verified.The results indicated that the use of grouting treatment in fully-mechanized mining reduced the risk of manual processing,effectively improved the advancing speed and safety of the working face,and provided reference for the treatment of similar mines.
