摘 要:以山西省神磊煤矿150202工作面为研究对象,研究了对两端头煤层进行高压注水压裂弱化放煤新工艺,详细阐述了高压注水压裂工艺技术方案和施工工艺流程。对两端头坚硬顶板施工钻孔,注入高压水弱化坚硬顶板煤层,提高煤层冒落性。实践结果表明,对两端头煤层进行水力压裂弱化,多回收煤炭资源约1.5×10^(4)t,多创利润1.4×10^(6)元,经济效益显著。Taking the 150202 working face of Shenlei Coal Mine in Shanxi Province as the research object,this paper studied the new technology of high-pressure water injection fracturing weakening for coal caving for coal seams at both ends,and expounded the technical scheme and process flow of high-pressure water injection fracturing in detail.Drill holes for the construction of hard roof at both ends,inject high-pressure water to weaken the hard roof coal seam,and improve the coal seam caving ability.The practical results show that the hydraulic fracturing of the two ends of the coal seam can recover about 1.5×10^(4)t of coal resources and generate 1.4×10^(6)yuan of profits,with significant economic benefits.
