摘 要:圆柱凸轮机构是空间凸轮机构的一种典型的类别,在理论上具有传动比大、传动平稳、构造紧凑,传动效率高等特点,可以运用于新型减速器的使用上。圆柱凸轮连续传动机构在运行的过程中,凸轮槽和从动转盘上滚子的变形对总体的承载能力和受力分布以及可靠性影响较大,引发有害振动隐患甚至卡死,进而造成巨大的损失。对此,文中结合有限元仿真软件和实物研制并运用于港口实验平台,提出了一种耦合微变形与润滑油膜的含间隙的圆柱凸轮连续传动机构,并给出一种关于圆柱凸轮廓面加工间隙量的计算方法,为该机构的优化、加工制造提供理论基础,并结合具体港口门座起重机振动实验,结果表明使用该方法求解的间隙,能有效提升相关大型机械的传动平稳性,因而具备较大的经济效益。The cylindrical cam mechanism is a typical spatial cam mechanism,which has the characteristics of large transmission ratio,stable transmission,compact structure and high transmission efficiency,etc,and can be applied to a new type of reducer.During the operation of the cylindrical cam continuous transmission mechanism,the deformation of the cam groove and the roller on the driven turntable has a greater impact on the overall load capacity,force distribution and reliability.It will trigger harmful vibration hidden dangers and even lead to blockage,resulting in huge losses.Therefore,in this paper,combining the finite element simulation software,the real development and the port experimental platform,a design of the cylindrical cam continuous transmission mechanism with clearance is proposed,which couples the microdeformation and the lubrication oil film,and a calculation method of the machining clearance of the cylindrical cam profile is given,which provides a theoretical basis for the optimization and manufacturing of the mechanism.Combined with that vibration test of a certain portal crane,the results show that the obtained clearance can effectively improve the transmission stability of related large machinery,and can bring huge economic benefits.
