摘  要:为研究部分包覆钢-混凝土组合梁(PEC梁)的抗火性能,基于既有试验建立PEC梁有限元分析模型,对PEC梁高温下的受力性能展开研究,考察防火涂层厚度、截面尺寸等因素对构件温度场的影响,考察荷载比、防火涂层厚度、截面尺寸、纵筋配筋率等因素对构件耐火极限的影响。结果表明:温度越高,构件的跨中变形速率越大;构件的升温速率随截面尺寸和防火涂层厚度的增加而减小;荷载比、防火涂层厚度和截面尺寸是影响PEC梁耐火极限的主要因素。在参数分析的基础上,提出PEC梁耐火极限计算公式,计算结果与数值模拟结果的误差在5%以内,因此该公式可为PEC梁的抗火设计提供参考。To study the fire resistance of partially encased composite(PEC)steel and concrete beams and provide a reference for fire resistance design,several partially encased composite beam models are built based on the existing experiments.The mechanical behavior of PEC beam exposed to fire is studied.The influence of the thickness of fire coating and the sectional dimensions on the thermal field are analyzed,and the influence of load ratio,the thickness of fire coating,sectional dimensions,longitudinal reinforcement ratio,and other factors on PEC beams are also analyzed.The results show that the mid-span deformation rate increases with the increase of section temperature.The section heating rate decreases with increasing sectional dimensions and coating thickness.The critical time decreases with the increase of the load ratio and increases with the increase of the thickness of fire coating,sectional dimensions,and reinforcement ratio.The practical calculation formula of the five resistance limit of the PEC beam is obtained.The discrepancies between the calculation results and simulation results are within 5%,which can provide a reference for the fire resistance design of PEC beams.
