摘  要:靖江市某料场封闭工程屋盖结构为大跨度变截面(矩形截面+倒三角截面)钢桁架结构,共有5种典型跨度(174 m、170 m、182 m、168 m和113 m),4种典型跨间距(14 m、15 m、16 m和18 m),此工程施工要求不得影响厂内生产,作业场地有限,故采用预应力桁架累积滑移施工技术。针对超大不等跨度、不等跨间距桁架的预应力桁架滑移施工需多次进行滑移胎架拆搭的问题,提出一种不同跨度、不同跨距同一胎架累积滑移施工方法,以解决不等跨度、不等跨距预应力变截面管桁架结构同一胎架累积滑移施工困难的问题,可供类似工程施工参考。The roof structure of a closed material yard in Jingjiang city is a large-span variable section(rectangular section+inverted triangle section)steel truss structure,with five typical spans(174 m,170 m,182 m,168 m,113m)and four typical span spacings(14 m,15 m,16 m,18 m).The construction requirements of this project should not affect the production in the plant.The operation site is limited,so the prestressed truss cumulative slip construction technology is adopted.Due to the problem that sliding frame disassembly is needed for many times in the construction of super-large prestressed truss,a construction method of cumulative sliding of the same frame with different span and spacing is proposed,which is used to solve the construction difficulties of cumulative sliding of the same frame of prestressed tube truss with unequal span and spacing in similar projects.
