摘　　要：目的指导和规范清醒俯卧位通气的临床护理。方法基于俯卧位通气治疗要求,借助循证护理方法,形成初版《清醒俯卧位通气护理专家共识》(以下简称《共识》);经专家函询、专家论证会议,形成终版《共识》。结果《共识》包括清醒俯卧位通气基本知识、操作核心要点、护理要点、安全性事件/并发症管理、教育与培训5个部分。结论《共识》内容覆盖了清醒俯卧位通气护理要点,可指导临床护理人员为清醒患者实施俯卧位通气。Objective To guide and standardize clinical nursing of awake prone position.Methods Based on the requirements of prone position,with the help of evidence-based nursing methods,the initial version of the nursing expert consensus of awake prone position(hereinafter referred to as Consensus)was formed.The final version of the Consensus was formed through expert consultation and expert meeting.Results The Consensus included five parts,including basic knowledge of awake prone position,key points of operation,key points of nursing,safety event/complication management,education and training.Conclusions The Consensus covers the key points of nursing in awake prone position,which can guide clinical nursing staff to implement awake prone position.
