摘　　要：材料的先导性突破不断引发高新技术和新兴产业的爆发式增长,先进材料已成为各国抢占科技制高点的重点关注与发展的关键领域,是经济社会发展的基础性、战略性产业。先进材料发展决定着高新技术、高端制造、重大工程的发展水平。系统分析了中国先进材料领域发展现状,包括重大科技计划和发展体系能力等,并提出中国先进材料领域未来发展战略方向和政策措施建议。The pioneering breakthroughs in materials continue to trigger explosive growth in high-tech and emerging industries.Advanced materials have become a key area of focus and development for countries to seize the technological commanding elevation,and are a fundamental and leading industry for economic and social development.The development of advanced materials determines the level of development in high-tech,emerging industries,high-end manufacturing and major engineering.This paper systematically analyzes the current development status of advanced materials field in China,summarizes major technology plans and development system capabilities,and proposes strategic directions and policy measures for the future development in advanced materials field of China.
