摘　　要：国家技术转移机构是科技成果转移转化过程中连接技术供给与需求的桥梁与纽带。通过分析浙江省国家技术转移机构发展现状,对技术转移机构发展态势进行研判,找出国家技术转移机构对接技术供需时存在的问题是整体规模有待提升、区域分布不均衡、服务能力有待提升。基于此,从完善成果转化对接机制、优化区域空间布局、优化成果转化激励机制等方面提出提升浙江省国家技术转移机构服务能力的策略。The national technology transfer institution is the bridge and link connecting the technology supply and demand in the process of transferring and transforming scientific and technological achievements.Through the analysis of the development status of national technology transfer institutions in Zhejiang Province,the development trend of technology transfer institutions is studied and judged,and the problems existing in connecting technology supply and demand of national technology transfer institutions are found,including the overall scale need to be improved,the regional distribution is unbalanced,and the service capacity need to be improved.Based on this,some strategies are put forward to improve the service capability of national technology transfer institutions in Zhejiang Province,including perfecting the mechanism of achievement transformation and docking,optimizing the regional spatial layout and optimizing the incentive mechanism of achievement transformation.
