摘 要:由于砂砾石地层的高渗透性,致使泥浆渗透成膜困难,泥膜难以在地层中形成有效支护力,易引发工程事故。采用流体-离散元数值耦合(CFD-DEM)方法模拟不同泥浆特性条件下的泥浆渗透过程,分析泥浆特性对泥膜形成的影响规律。研究发现,不同的地层-泥浆颗粒粒径比、泥浆比重及黏度均能对泥膜的结构产生影响。然后通过搭建自制泥浆渗透试验装置,研究不同颗粒粒径比下的泥浆渗透效果,验证当前数值方法的可行性。研究结果表明,当地层-泥浆颗粒粒径比在3~7.5范围内时,可形成“泥皮+渗透带”型泥膜,此类泥膜更有利于维持开挖面的稳定,且随着泥浆比重和黏度增加,泥浆渗透深度减小,泥皮增厚。Due to the high infiltration of sand gravel strata,it is difficult for slurry film to form,and effective support force in the strata to build,that is easy to cause engineering accidents.The computational fluid dynamics-discrete element method(CFD-DEM)was used to simulate slurry infiltration processes under different slurry characteristics.The influence of slurry characteristics on the formation of slurry film was analyzed.It was found that different strata-slurry particle size ratios,slurry density,and viscosity can all affect the structure of the film.Then,by building a self-made slurry infiltration experimental apparatus,the slurry infiltration effect under different particle size ratios was studied,verifying the feasibility of the current numerical methods.The study results show that,when the particle ratio is in the range of 3~7.5,a“filter cake+infiltrated zone”film can be formed,which is significant for the stability of the working face.With the increase of slurry density as well as viscosity,slurry infiltration depth decreases,and filter cake thickens.
