摘 要:通过控制偏钒酸铵与尿素混合物的焙烧温度,合成一种新型类石墨氮化碳负载钒催化剂0.7V-g-CN-350,该催化剂在环己烷选择性氧化中表现出优异的催化性能。对催化剂进行热重、XRD、SEM、TEM、FT-IR和XPS表征,并对催化剂的结构进行分析。结果表明:在0.7V-g-CN-350中存在氰尿酸和三聚氰胺的混合物;在所制备的催化剂中,0.7V-g-CN-350中的钒与g-CN-350载体的相互作用最强;更高比例的石墨氮以及V^(5+)是0.7V-g-CN-350具有更好催化性能的原因。通过单因素实验,优化工艺条件,在反应温度为72℃、反应时间为6 h的条件下,环己烷转化率为12.98%,KA油(环己酮和环己醇)选择性为70.08%。A novel graphitic carbon nitride supported vanadium catalyst 0.7V-g-CN-350 was synthesized by controlling the calcined temperature of ammonium metadadate and urea mixture.The catalyst shows excellent catalytic performance in the selective oxidation of cyclohexane.The catalyst was characterized by TG,XRD,SEM,TEM,FT-IR and XPS,and the structure of the catalyst was analyzed.The results show that the mixture of cyanuric acid and melamine exists in 0.7V-g-CN-350.Among the prepared catalysts,vanadium in 0.7V-g-CN-350 has the strongest interaction with the support of g-CN-350.The higher proportion of graphite-nitrogen and V^(5+)are the reasons for the better catalytic performance of 0.7V-g-CN-350.The single factor experiment was carried out to optimize the process conditions.Under the conditions of reaction temperature 72℃ and reaction time 6 h,the conversion rate of cyclohexane is 12.98% and the selectivity of KA oil ccyclohexanone and cyclohexanol is 70.08%.
