电子膨胀阀对变频CO_(2)热泵调节特性的研究

摘  要:基于一台跨临界CO_(2)空气源热泵,通过实验研究在恒定气冷器进口水温及水流量工况下,电子膨胀阀对于65—80 Hz的4个高频热泵系统的调节特性,提出针对不同目标的膨胀阀控制策略。研究结果表明:频率一定时,随着膨胀阀开度不断减小,制热量、出口水温、排气压力均先增大后减小;性能系数C_(OP)、蒸发压力均不断减小;针对制热量、出口水温和C_(OP)随开度变化呈现不同的变化趋势,提出不同的电子膨胀阀调控策略以满足不同的用户需求;在电子膨胀阀的实际调控过程中,可以通过观测出口水温和排气压力随开度的变化来避免因质量流量过小导致压缩机性能恶化。In a transcritical CO_(2) air source heat pump,a experimental investigation was conducted for the effect of electronic expansion valve on system performance of four high frequency heat pump systems at 65-80 Hz under the condition of constant inlet water temperature and the flow rate of water,and a control strategy was proposed to achieve different user target.Meanwhile,the result shows that when compressor frequency is fixed,the heating capacity,the outlet water temperature,and the discharge pressure are all increase first then decrease with the valve opening decreasing.And C_(OP) and the evaporation pressure are all decrease with the valve opening decrease.Because of the different trends of the heating capacity,the outlet water temperature and C_(OP),a control strategy is proposed to achieve different user requirements.In the actual regulation process of the electronic expansion valve,the performance deterioration of the compressor caused by the mass flow being too small can be avoided by intuitively observing the change of the outlet water temperature and discharge pressure with the opening degree.
