摘　　要：完善土地等生产要素的分配制度,对于提高农民收入、缓解相对贫困、保障民生福祉达到新水平具有重要作用。本文围绕“农村土地流转、农民收入结构和相对贫困治理”展开研究,探讨了三者的理论联系,基于中国养老与健康追踪调查(2018年)的截面数据,利用中介效应模型验证了收入结构在土地流转减缓农户相对贫困过程中的中介作用机制。研究结果表明,土地转出和土地转入对缓解农户的相对贫困水平都有显著的作用,在此过程中农户收入结构的变化发挥了重要的中介作用。在土地转出减缓农户相对贫困的过程中,工资性收入具有显著的中介效应,农业经营性收入具有显著的遮掩效应;在土地转入减缓农户相对贫困的过程中,农业经营性收入具有显著的中介效应,财产性收入具有显著的遮掩效应。Improving the distribution system of production factors such as farmland plays an important role in improving farmers'income,alleviating relative poverty and ensuring that people's well-being reaches a new level.This paper,centering around farmland transfer,income structure and governance of multi-dimensional relative poverty,uses data from CHARLS 2018 and mediating effect model to test the interplay mechanism of how income structure works in the process that farmland transferring alleviates relative poverty.The results show that both farmland transfer-out and transfer-in can significantly alleviate the relative poverty of farmers,and the change of farmers'income structure plays an important mediating role in this process.In the process of farmland transferring-out alleviating farmers'relative poverty,income from wage and salary has a significant mediating effect while agricultral operating income has a significant masking effect.In the process of farmland transferring-in alleviating farmers'relative poverty,agriculturally operating income has a significant mediating effect while income from property has a significant masking effect.
