摘  要:隧道磁电阻(tunnel magnet-resistance,TMR)传感器具有线性度好、灵敏度高等优点,适用于直流配电网电流量测,而外磁场干扰是影响磁传感器测量准确度的重要因素。文章建立了考虑干扰源的TMR传感器阵列模型,提出基于箕舌线变步长的改进自适应滤波算法来抑制外磁场干扰。然后针对直流配电网电流测量场景,并对比了自适应滤波算法在改进前后对外磁场干扰的抑制效果,分析了阵列尺寸、初始角对测量误差的影响。最后通过搭建实验平台模拟试验对其进行验证,研究结果表明,当待测直流电流在300 A以内时,采用改进的自适应滤波算法后的传感器测量误差可降低至0.21%,干扰抑制效果优异。研究结果可为基于隧道磁电阻传感器的直流配电网电能计量提供支撑。Tunnel magnet-resistance(TMR)sensor has the advantages of good linearity characteristics and high sensitivity,and is suitable for current measurement of DC distribution network.The external magnetic field interference is an important factor affecting the measurement accuracy of the magnetic sensor.This paper establishes an array model of TMR sensor considering the interference source,and proposes an improved adaptive filtering algorithm based on the variable step size of the tongue line to suppress the external magnetic field interference.Then,according to the current measurement scenario of the DC distribution network,the influence of the array model size and the initial angle on the measurement error is analyzed,and the external magnetic interference suppression effect is compared by using two kinds of adaptive filtering algorithms.Finally,the method is verified by building an experimental platform to perform simulation tests.The research results show that when the DC current to be measured is under 300 A,the measurement error of the sensor after using the improved adaptive filtering algorithm can be lowered to 0.21%,and the interference suppression effect is excellent.The research results can provide supports for the energy metering of DC distribution network based on tunnel magnetoresistive sensor.
