摘　　要：为进一步保障铁路接触职业危害作业人员的健康,对某铁路单位各站段接触职业危害作业岗位进行职业卫生调查及分析,了解职业病危害因素在各站段生产作业中分布情况,通过职业病危害作业分级,综合评估铁路作业人员职业健康风险并明确监护重点,针对重点风险因素在职业卫生管理制度、职业病防治技术方面提出满足现阶段铁路职业健康管理体系的防护建议。In order to further protect the health of railway workers exposed to occupational hazards,occupational health survey and analysis were carried out on the posts exposed to occupational hazards in stations and sections of a railway unit,to understand the distribution of occupational hazard factors in the production operations of stations and sections.Through the classification of occupational hazard operations,the occupational health risks of railway workers were comprehensively evaluated and the key monitoring points were defined.According to the key risk factors,protection suggestions were put forward to meet the current railway occupational health management system in terms of occupational health management system and occupational disease prevention technology.
