摘　　要：为准确了解机车乘务员的心理健康状况、为员工提供有效的心理支持,以4个机务段员工为调查对象,选用6个量表从3个维度对员工的身心状态进行全面测评与评估。结果显示,客车机车乘务员的心理健康水平、职工工作状态、职工心理资源与自我支持程度等优于货车机车乘务员;20~30岁年龄组和10~15年工龄组的职工表现出更为集中和突出的心理困惑,需要重点关注。提出应关注重点突出问题和重点职工的心理需求、注重提升职工心理资源与自我支持、培养心理健康服务专业队伍等改进建议。In order to accurately understand the mental health status of train drivers and provide effective psychological support for employees,employees in four locomotive depots were investigated,and six scales were selected to comprehensively evaluate their physical and mental status from three dimensions.The results show that the mental health level,working status,psychological resources and self-support of the passenger train drivers are better than those of the freight train drivers.Workers in the age group of 20~30 years and the age group of 10~15 years show more concentrated and prominent psychological confusion,which needs to be paid special attention to.It puts forward some improvement suggestions,such as paying attention to the key problems and the psychological needs of key employees,improving employees'psychological resources and self-support,and cultivating professional teams of mental health services.
