摘　　要：促进农民工心理健康关系到我国新型城镇化和健康中国战略的顺利推进。基于中国综合社会调查(CGSS)2015和2017年两期数据,分析了城乡迁移对农民工心理健康的影响及作用机制。研究发现:第一,城乡迁移对农民工生活幸福感和情感抑郁具有显著消极影响,说明城乡迁移不利于农民工心理健康改善。第二,异质性分析发现,与第一代农民工及女性农民工相比,城乡迁移对新生代农民工和男性农民工心理健康的消极影响更大。第三,机制分析发现,城乡迁移通过降低社会信任对农民工心理健康产生消极影响。提出通过制度创新推动农民工共享城市公共资源,重视城市社区和社会组织协同功能的发挥以及加强农民工群体中特殊人群的健康干预的政策措施。Promoting the mental health of peasant workers is related to the smooth progress of China's new urbanization and healthy China strategy.Based on the 2015 and 2017 data sets of the Chinese general social survey,the impact of rural-urban migration on the mental health of peasant workers and its mechanism are analyzed.The study found that:Firstly,rural-urban migration has a significant negative impact on the peasant workers'well-being and depression,indicating that rural-urban migration is not conducive to the improvement of peasant workers'mental health.Secondly,the analysis of heterogeneity found that compared with the first generation and female peasant workers,rural-urban migration has a greater negative impact on the mental health of the new generation and male peasant workers.Thirdly,the mechanism analysis found that rural-urban migration has a negative impact on the mental health of peasant workers by reducing social trust.It puts forward policy measures to promote system innovation to promote the sharing of urban public resources by peasant workers,pay attention to the coordinated functions of urban communities and social organizations,and strengthen the health intervention of special groups of peasant workers.
