摘  要:为解决中小型企业贴片机自动供料的高成本问题,文中针对紧凑型贴片机提出了一种基于外驱动的低成本飞达自动供料系统方案。基于“多飞达-单驱动”的供料新思路,设计了飞达及其外驱动供料系统整体平台的机构,并完成实物平台搭建。对飞达结构中的料带回收系统与棘轮机构进行动力学仿真,结果表明:料皮可自动回收,且棘轮在棘爪的驱动下可正常工作,验证了此外驱动飞达供料系统设计的可靠性,其具有低成本、体积小、结构紧凑的优势,具有一定的市场应用参考价值。Since the placement mounters used by small and medium-sized enterprises suffer from high cost automatic feeding, in this article, a low-cost automatic feeder feeding system based on the external drive is specifically designed for the compact placement mounters. Based on the new idea of “multiple feeders-single drive” material supply, the mechanism of the overall platform which is used for both the feeder and its external-drive feeding system is developed, and then the related physical platform is built. The dynamic simulation is carried out on the feeder system's belt recovery structure and the ratchet mechanism. The results show that the material skin can be automatically recovered, and the ratchet works normally driven by the pawl, which verifies that the design of the feeder feeding system is reliable. Thanks to these efforts, the feeder feeding system has the advantages of low cost and compact size, and provides reference in application.
