摘  要:微型燃机轴系在实际工况下,往往由于多种原因而受到扭转载荷的作用。闭式过盈连接型膜盘联轴器作为燃机上连接多跨转子的关键柔性零件,其扭转刚度成为其对系统的静、动态扭转性能影响研究的重要参数,往往解析困难,需要通过复杂的数值计算来进行研究,不利于设计。基于这一问题,文中通过简化膜盘联轴器求解模型,以结构体受载做功及其应变能关系原理,给出了膜盘及膜盘联轴器扭转刚度的解析表达式,并通过仿真分析对该型膜盘联轴器整体刚度、各部分刚度及各部分扭切应力与解析解进行了对比研究,结果表明:解析解与仿真结果保持了较高的一致性。膜盘联轴器扭转刚度的解析表达,为进一步深入研究膜盘联轴器对轴系动态性能的影响关系及其设计标准化奠定了基础。Under the actual working conditions,the micro gas turbine's shaft system is often subjected to torsional load due to various factors.The closed interference-fit diaphragm coupling serves as the key flexible part which connects multiple span rotor on the gas turbine;its torsional stiffness becomes an important parameter which has influence on the system's static and dynamic torsional performance.Therefore,a series of complex numerical calculation are needed,which is not conducive to the design.In order to solve this problem,in this article,by simplifying the solution model of the diaphragm coupling,the analytical expression of the torsional stiffness is given for both the diaphragm and the diaphragm coupling,based on the principle of the work done by the loaded structure and its strain-energy relationship.Through simulation and analysis,the diaphragm coupling's overall stiffness,each part's stiffness and each part's torsional shear stress are compared with the analytical solution.The results show that the analytical solution is in good agreement with the simulation results.The analytical expression of the diaphragm coupling's torsional stiffness lays a foundation for exploring the influence of the diaphragm coupling on the shafting's dynamic performance and its standardized design.
