可持续理念下的豫西南地区既有住宅改造策略--以南阳市百顺小区住宅为例

摘　　要：文章基于可持续理念,对我国豫西南地区住宅特征进行调研分析,并结合实例,有针对性地提出既有住宅改造策略。采用“拆一留一”方式,结合公共空间、景观系统及交通流线改造,对场地整体进行改造;通过对住宅室内空间功能的重新规划布局及拓展,实现动静分区,提高空间的功能性与舒适性;通过对围护结构的改造,提升住宅的采光通风和保温隔热效果;通过色彩倾向设计、无障碍设计、细节设计等住宅全龄化适应性改造,满足不同年龄人群的使用需求;通过并网光伏系统的设置与简易雨水回收利用系统的设计,实现住宅的节能节水。Based on sustainability concept,this paper performs investigation and analysis to the housing characteristic in southwestern Henan of China,and combined with examples,it targetedly puts forward the existing residential renovation strategy.Sites shall be reformed as a whole by means of“removing one leaving one”,which is combined with public space,landscape system and reconstruction of traffic streamline;Through replanning,layout and extension of residential interior space function,dynamic and static partition is realized,so as to improve the functionality and comfort of space;through renovation to enclosure structure,the lighting,ventilation and thermal insulation effect of dwelling house is improved;through full-age adaptive transformation to dwelling house,including color tendency design,barrier-free design and detail design,etc.,the use demand of different age people groups can be met;through setting of grid-connected photovoltaic system and design of simple rainwater recycling system,energy and water saving of dwelling house can be realized.
