摘　　要：建筑外墙外保温系统质量问题的频发不仅对居民日常生活造成影响,甚至影响到城市安全运行,因而采取科学有效的技术对外保温系统进行修缮尤为重要,受到社会广泛关注。新型外墙外保温加固修复技术具有创新性和实用性,文章详细介绍该项技术的应用特点及关键技术,同时结合实际案例,分析其中的施工要点及应用情况,以期推动该项技术在外保温修缮工程中的应用。Quality problems in external thermal insulation system happen frequently,that not only affects the daily life of residents,but also influences safe operation of city,therefore,it is particularly important to adopt scientific and effective technique to repair the external thermal insulation system,and that is extensively paid attention to by society.New type of reinforcement and repair technique for external thermal insulation has creativity and practicability,and this paper introduces the application features and key points of that technique in detail,meanwhile,combined with actual cases,its construction key points and application circumstances are analyzed,so as to promote the application of that technique in external thermal insulation repair project.
