摘　　要：基于大藤峡船闸人字门安装实践,从人字门安装精度控制、重难点技术突破、施工工期优化等方面,总结了巨型人字门安装的技术要点及创新措施,通过控制人字门顶枢和底枢安装精度、门体焊接变形、支枕垫块间隙、背拉杆预应力等指标,在保障人字门安装质量的同时,提高安装效率。Based on the practice of miter gate installation at the Datengxia Shiplock,technical points and innovative measures for the installation of large miter gates are summarized from the aspects of precision control,breakthroughs in key technologies and problem solving,and optimization of construction schedule.By controlling the installation accuracy of top and bottom pivots of the miter gate,welding deformation of the gate body,clearance between support and pillow blocks,and prestress of the back tie rod,the efficiency and quality during installation of the miter gate were all improved.
