摘 要:大藤峡水利枢纽工程船闸是珠江黄金水道的重要中枢,也是广西壮族自治区向东融入粤港澳大湾区的重要战略支撑。自试通航起,持续面临过闸需求大、下游天然航道浅、枯水期来水不足等制约船闸安全高效通航的问题。在阐述大藤峡工程航运功能定位的基础上,梳理了大藤峡船闸的通航现状与面临问题,分析了疏浚航道逐步延长船闸运行时间、加强设备健康保障和运行管理、航电协同调度盘活枯水期运力、开发智能过闸管理系统提高通航效率等提升措施及其效益,可为内河水运枢纽的通航保障工作提供有益借鉴。The shiplock of the Datengxia Water Conservancy Hydropower Project plays a critcal role as hub of the golden waterway of the Pearl River,and also an important strategic support for the eastward integration of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region into the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.Since its trial operation,the shiplock has faced some challenges such as high demand for lock passage,shallow natural waterway downstream,and insufficient inflow during the dry season,which placed constraints on the safe and efficient navigation.According to the positioning of the navigation function of the Datengxia Project,current status and challenges of navigation faced by the Datengxia Shiplock are evaluated,with measures for the improvement and benefit generation,including gradually extending the operation time of the shiplock after dredging the channel,strengthening operation and maintenance of the equipment,integrating water use by navigation and hydropower generation in dry seasons to optimize navigating capacity,and developing a smart shiplock management system to improve efficiency.It shall provide a typical example for safeguarding navigation of other inland water transportation hubs.
