摘  要:易错项目识别与控制是航天产品质量控制的重要手段之一,为进一步提高易错项目识别的有效性、规范性,开展了易错项目识别及控制的细化研究。首先明确了易错项目的定义;然后提出易错项目的分类建议,将其分为规格、位置、方向、顺序、材料、选择、参数及状态8类;接着按类别建立了差错项目的识别线索,基于研制经验及历史案例,给出了与识别线索相关联的典型识别准则;最后细化了控制流程,明确了优先源头防差错设计的理念,并以总装阶段的管路阀门安装环节为对象开展了试应用,建立了典型易错项目清单。实践表明,该项研究可以为易错项目的识别与控制提供一定的理论支撑。Identification and control of error-prone items is one of the important methods in aerospace products'quality control.In order to further improve the effectiveness and standardization of the identification of error-prone items,this paper carried out a detailed study on the identification and control of error-prone items.Firstly,the definition of error-prone items is clarified,and eight classification suggestions are put forward for error-prone items,including specification,location,direction,sequence,materials,selection,parameters and status.Then,the identification clues of error items are established according to the classification.Based on the development experience and historical cases,the typical identification criteria associated with the identification clues are given.At the same time,the control process is refined,and the concept of error prevention design should be given priority is suggested.The pipeline valve installation in the final assembly stage is selected to carry out the trial application,the typical error-prone project list is established.Practice shows that the contents of this paper can provide some theoretical support for the identification and control of error-prone items.
