摘  要:环境应力筛选(Environment Sterss Screening,ESS)是为减少早期故障,对产品施加规定的环境应力,以发现和剔除制造过程中的不良零件、元器件和工艺缺陷的一种工序和方法,是实现产品质量和可靠性要求的重要途径。仅基于国家军用标准《电子产品环境应力筛选方法》的统一筛选方法已越来越难以达到充分暴露早期缺陷的目的,因此针对复杂电子系统特点,在《电子产品环境应力筛选方法》的基础上,提出了一种系统级的环境应力筛选方法,介绍了产品筛选层级、参数、应力等要素的确定原则,研究了系统筛选效果的评估方法,并面向某复杂电子系统开展了工作方法的探索与实践。In order to reduce early failure,apply the specified environmental stress to the product,also to find and eliminate the bad parts,components and process defects in the manufacturing process,environmental stress screening is an important way to achieve product quality and reliability requirements,it also is a process and method.The unified screening method based only on the Environmental Stress Screening Method of Electronic Products has become more and more difficult to fully expose the early defects.According to the characteristics of complex electronic systems,this paper proposes a system-level environmental stress screening method on the basis of Environmental Stress Screening Method for electronic Products,introduces the determination principles of product screening levels,parameters,stresses and other elements,and studies the evaluation method of system screening effect,which has been carried out the exploration and practice of working methods for a complex electronic system.
